Subagents shouldn't compete with your session for your machine.

One machine per subagent

Each subagent runs as its own Claude Code on its own Instabox cloud machine, with a fresh copy of your repo.

Work lands on a branch

Every subagent commits and pushes to cloudy-cloud/<id> on your GitHub repo. You fetch it when you want it.

Open for follow-ups

Send a subagent more messages while it is open. It stops after 60 idle minutes, or when your session ends.

How it works

Install once, then use subagents as usual.

    Add the skill

    Run npx skills add dennisonbertram/ai-seamless-sandboxes to add the Cloudy Cloud skill to Claude Code.

  2. 2

    Run the installer

    Clone the repo and run ./install.sh once. It asks for your Instabox, Claude and GitHub keys and tells you where to get each.

  3. 3

    Start a session

    Run cloudy-cloud instead of claude, then git fetch origin cloudy-cloud/<id> to pull a subagent's work. Plain claude is unchanged.
